Q: Does it matter how old my kitchen is?   

A: No, Dream Doors provide a "made to measure" service so age is of no importance providing the units are sound, regardless of whether they are imperial or metric.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Normally the changing of doors and drawer fronts is completed in one day.
If worktops, sinks and appliances are also to be installed then this will probably be completed in two days.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee on the work or the doors?

A: Of course, Dream Doors offer a full guarantee of all products and services given. All appliances carry a 1 year manufacturer's parts guarantee.

Q: How do I know if you are in my area?

A: See our Local Contacts section and if you are still unsure then contact us and we will advise you who your local representative is.

Q: How much mess and disruption will there be?

A: We endeavour to create as little disruption as possible and we try to leave the kitchen operational at the end of each working day.

Q: I don’t want pushy salesmen in my home?

A: Dream Doors offer free estimates and have to make a home visit to measure your existing kitchen and give a true and honest quote.

Q: Why are there Dream Doors franchises?

A: Dream Doors franchisees are local business owners licensed to operate under the Dream Doors name and bound by our code of ethics under the British Franchise Association.

Q: What if my kitchen cabinets need replacing?

A: Dream Doors can offer affordable kitchen cabinets, made to measure to fit any kitchen design.
